Each group receives an appropriate cleaning method, temperature and product. Delicate garments, curtains, carpets and rugs follow separately planned routes based on material and condition.
Your part: Keep delicate garments and home fabrics clearly identified so we can inspect them first.

Commercial steam removes creases while collars, pleats and delicate edges are finished by hand. Home fabrics receive the finishing appropriate to their material and condition.
Your part: Tell us whether you prefer a regular, starch, folded or hanger finish.
Care stage
Every piece receives a final quality check, is matched back to the order and packed to stay protected on the way home. We then coordinate the doorstep return with you.
Your part: Keep your phone available so we can coordinate a convenient return time.
